White Arrow Online Media (here after referred to as “the company”) promises to refund any payments made to the company upon failure to achieve the rankings which are promised “your promised rankings will go in this bit”, providing that the client does nothing to void the guarantee on the service.
Conditions for voiding the guarantee.

1. The company will not be held responsible for penalties which incur as a result of malpractice on the clients website.

2. All rights for refund are waned if the client does not take reasonable steps implement the on-site recommendations made in the monthly SEO reports delivered by the company in a prompt manner (within 14 days). Acceptations will be made if the company is contacted concerning issues over the recommendations made and more time will be allotted.

3. Payment to the company is not made on time.

4. The company falls within 5 places short of the guaranteed rankings, in which case work will be continued for free until the promised rankings are achieved if the promised rankings are not achieved within 6 weeks all payments made to the company will be refunded.

5. The client or third party aggressor takes any on or off site actions to maliciously damage the SEO campaign (in case of a third party we will take action to help recover compensation) and offer 3 months of service for half of the fee agreed to help rectify any loss of income which results from the issue and in severe cases this may be extended until any damage to rankings has been repaired, if the client can prove that they are unable to pay the company due to loss of income, the company will work for no fee until such time as the client is able to pay.

6. The campaign must be completed in full, no refunds will be given untill the end of the stated campaign unless otherwise agreed.

The company reserves the right to cancel a contract at any time prior to its completion if the client is deemed to be in disregard to the wellbeing of the campaign. Upon the company’s cancelation of a contract only payments made within the last 7 days will be refunded.
